Open Mic

Do you have a high-performance residential construction or renovation project you’d like to share with the leaders in the Canadian residential construction and renovation industry? This year we have  4 “live and in-person” presentation spots where you have up to 15 minutes to tell us about your project. Applications are selected based on their unique experience, education, and/or insight into Net Zero/Ready home building/renovations in Canada. If we receive more than 4 applications, the top 4 will be selected from all applications in advance of the event. At the conclusion of all presentations, Summit participants will have the opportunity to ask the presenters questions.

Note: 

• Not all applications will be chosen for Open Mic. All applications will be reviewed by staff to ensure they’re appropriate and relevant and, in the case that there are more than 4, they will be voted on by the CHBA Net Zero Council Management Committee to select the 4 that will be presented.
• Presentations can be no longer than 15 minutes to ensure the session doesn’t run over time.
• Only CHBA members may apply.
• Only people registered to attend the event may apply.

Pay the $100 application fee to receive the application form. Email your completed application for to beth.hernen@chba.ca by May 15 at 5 pm ET. You will be notified by June 3rd if your application has been selected
