  • Last year, 18,593 homebuyers across 6 provinces were surveyed
  • Over the nine years of the study to-date, a total of 188,000 new homebuyers have been invited to participate

The 2024 full survey results are free for CHBA members and HBAs – a $495 value. The report summary is a PDF document, and on page 3 of the PDF report, there is a link for you to access the full set of data via Microsoft Power BI – where you'll be able to filter the data based on a variety of geographic and demographic criteria.
