Does CHBA handle my hotel reservations?
No. You book your hotel room directly online. Find out more information on how to book and use the discounted CHBA room rate here.
Do CHBA Conference attendees get special room prices at the Conference hotel?
Yes, CHBA has negotiated special Conference room rates. These group rates are considerably lower than regular rates and are available to delegates until Friday, April 10, 2026 or until the block of rooms is sold out (whichever occurs first). Guestrooms are limited, so please book your room at the same time you register to ensure your required accommodation.

To change your hotel reservations, contact the hotel directly. The confirmation email you receive when you register contains a link to make changes to your registration.

- Wednesday Welcome Reception – Casual | Relaxed, stand-up dinner reception, mixing and mingling.
- Thursday Housing Night in Canada – Casual | Buffet dinner, activities, and dancing. Dress for a fun night of activities.

Can I attend the Association meetings?
CHBA members are welcome to observe most of the association meetings. If you intend to observe, please indicate so during the registration process so CHBA staff can be sure there is adequate seating available.
I have some dietary restrictions. Can Home Building Week accommodate my needs?
When you register for Home Building Week, you will be asked to specify any food allergies or intolerances you would like us to be aware of. This information is provided to the hotel well in advance and will be accommodated as possible. “Preferences” such as low-carb or low-sodium cannot, unfortunately, be accommodated. At buffet functions, please check in with a server to receive any special dishes prepared for you (or to confirm what you can enjoy from the food stations). At served functions, please make yourself known to your table server to receive your correct meal.
What is Housing Night in Canada?
Housing Night in Canada is a casual evening intended to celebrate our industry and the Association.
