Winners: 2026 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence
On May 8, winners of the 2026 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence were presented in Quebec City during the Glitter & Groove Awards Bash, presented by LG Electronics Canada. The celebration was the grand finale event of CHBA's Home Building Week in Canada.

About the Competition
CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence is Canada's premiere awards competition for the residential construction industry. Each year, hundreds of projects are submitted from rural areas and large cities, and from small family-run businesses and larger developers. Categories feature a range of awards for many different types of projects, including entry-level homes, attached and detached, production and custom homes, renovations at different price points, net zero homes and renovations, new and growing communities, and a variety of residential marketing efforts.
