Alberta New Home Warranty Program hosts charity lawn bowling tournament to support those experiencing homelessness

Earlier this year, BILD Alberta member Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) held two charity lawn bowling tournaments to celebrate the organization’s 50th anniversary. Decked out in 1974-themed attire, builder members battled on greens in Calgary on June 6 and Edmonton on June 14 to raise money for Inn from the Cold and Homeward Trust charities, respectively. Ten thousand dollars were raised between the two events, with ANHWP matching an additional $10,000, to a total of $20,000 going to the two organizations. The lawn bowling tournament is an annual event, and ANHWP looks forward to growing their donation in 2025.
