The Towards Net Zero Case Study Library is a collection of videos and project summaries that share the stories, details, and results from real-life energy-efficient renovations.

Hear from homeowners, energy advisors, and renovators about their experiences, the challenges they faced, the steps they took, and the final outcomes. This includes:

• Strategies on how existing homes can be brought toward or achieve a CHBA Net Zero performance level
• Details about integrating energy upgrades into home renewal plans
• Drawings, photos and details about the work involved in each project

These case studies were part of CHBA’s four-year Towards Cost-Effective Net Zero Energy Ready Residential Renovations initiative, funded by Natural Resources Canada and supported by homeowners, renovators, energy advisors and our industry members Canada-wide. The goal of this library it to showcase collective efforts to provide better housing for Canadians through well planned, CHBA Net Zero targeted residential deep energy retrofits.
