Registration Procedures and Deadlines 

Your registration is complete when payment is received in full. 

Registration closes on May 29 @ 11:59 PM ET to provide venues with final numbers for meals and event activities. 

Cancellation Policy for PDF Registrants
If a paid registrant cancels online before May 29 at 11:59 PM ET, a 100% registration refund will be automatically issued. All refunds will be issued back using the original payment type at the time of the cancellation. 

If a paid registrant cancels after May 29 @ 11:59 PM ET due to an emergency, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, CHBA will issue, at their discretion, a credit for the registration fee for the following year’s PDF. Alternatively, the registration fee can be transferred to another staff person at the same HBA who will attend in the original registrant’s place. Cancellation/transfer requests after May 29 @11:59 PM ET must be emailed to eoc@chba.ca as soon as possible. 

If CHBA cancels or postpones the event, CHBA will automatically issue a refund of 100% of the registration fees. 

Bursary Information
The deadline for receiving bursary applications is April 24th. EOs who would like to attend the PDF but cannot due to their HBA's financial situation may be eligible to receive a bursary to help with some expenses (see the bursary application requirements for details). Bursaries will be considered based on demonstrated financial need and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for receiving bursary applications is 30 days before the event.
