Accommodations

CHBA has reserved a room block at The Fort Garry Hotel. Please book your accommodations online or call 1-204-942-8251 and mention code HM79R7 or reference the name of the event: “2024 CHBA Executive Officers’ Council – Professional Development” before the block expires on May 10.

Cancellation and No Show: Full refund if hotel is advised a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date, but 50% of full price will be held as credit for future use in the hotel.

Check-in:  4 PM - Early Check-in available on request and depending on availability

Check-out: 11 AM on the day of departure

Parking:

  • Valet parking – $27 + taxes per night (simply pull up at the front of the hotel and hand your keys to either the bellmen or at the front desk during check-in)
  • Self parking – $18 + taxes per night (located off Garry Street at the back of the hotel with access to both a surface lot and underground lot)
