About the Meetings
During CHBA's Fall Meetings, the National Committees and Councils and Board of Directors meet in Ottawa to conduct the business of the association. These are important meetings for National Committee/Council/Board members and their associated EOs to attend, to advance both the business of the national association as well as that of local and provincial HBAs.

Executive Committee
CHBA's Executive Committee of the Board oversees the ongoing direction of the Association on the Board's behalf. Members of the Executive Committee are expected to attend. Note: This event is open only to Executive Committee members.

CHBA has reserved a block of rooms at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. You can book your accommodations within this block HERE. Please note that the hotel room block will expire on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST OR when the blocks are full. Rooms are limited, so please book immediately!

Access from both Kent Street and Queen Street – Place De Ville Public Parking. It's best to park in the green area to have easier access to the Ottawa Marriott. Parking on Level 1 is exclusively reserved for registered hotel guests. Visitors and meeting attendees are welcome to park on Levels 2, 3, and 4 (green section).
