Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policies
Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to

. Substitutions will be accepted until November 12, 2021.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full event registrations, less a $50 cancellation fee, are refundable if submitted in writing to
[email protected]
on or before November 12, 2021. Event registration cancellations received after
November 12, 2021
are not refundable. All refunds will be issued back in the original payment type.
For Expo Hall cancellations, a $100 cancellation fee applies if notice is given in writing
to
[email protected]
on or before November 5, 2021. Expo Hall cancellations after November 5, 2021 are not refundable.
All refunds will be issued back in the original payment type.
Privacy Policy
By registering for the Summit you are providing permission to receive emails related to the event. CHBA members give consent to be contacted by the Association with relevant member communications. Members may opt out of receiving communications by
emailing CHBA

Registrants also consent to any screenshots or recordings taken by event organizers for promotional or documentation purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The event organizer reserves the right to amend this program, make speaker and/or Expo Hall changes, and cancel this event. If the event is cancelled, the organizer shall refund all registration fees paid, but shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by delegates.
