Accommodations

Please note that the CHBA room block at the Holman Grand is closed and the hotel is fully booked, but we still may be able to accommodate you. If you are planning to attend the EOC Professional Development Forum but have not yet booked accommodations, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist.

Cancellation and No Show: Guestroom cancellations are required by 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one-night penalty charge plus tax. Non-arrivals or No Shows will be charged accordingly with one night at the group room rate plus tax. Any deposits shall be applied to the payment of the individual's charges at checkout. Deposits are fully refundable if the room reservation is cancelled by 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

From the moment you walk through our hotel doors, our team makes every effort to ensure you will have the best stay with us. There is also a business centre located on the first floor should you need to get work done during your stay.

Check-in: 4PM on day of arrival (guests who wish to check in before 4pm must notify the Hotel prior to their arrival; the Hotel will make every effort to accommodate an early check-in based on availability)

Check-out: 12 AM on the day of departure (late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may be subject to a half day room rate charge or late check out fee)

Parking: Self- Park in our attached parking garage on Queen Street. The rate is $1.25 per hour up to a maximum of $8.75 per day. We have a check-in lane directly in front of the hotel - we recommend parking there to check in and unload your luggage. We will explain how to access the garage during check-in. The height allowance is 7 feet.
