Payments by Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are accepted.
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com. Substitutions will be accepted until March 20, 2020. Substitutions after March 20, 2020 will be accepted only if a company letter authorizing the substitution is presented onsite at the event. For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted.
Full event registrations, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before February 14, 2020. Registration cancellations received after February 14, 2020 are not refundable. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date. No purchase orders are accepted. All refunds will be issued back in the original payment type. Only those attendees who have completed registration and have paid in full will be allowed to join CHBA Home Building Week in Canada.
Early Bird Registration Policy
Early bird registration ends February 14, 2020. All registration and payments received after February 14, 2020 will pay the full registration fees.
By registering for CHBA Housing Week in Canada you are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to the event. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so by emailing the CHBA communications office at email@example.com. The event organizer shall not be liable for (and shall be entitled to use) any photos taken of participants or event proceedings for promotional purposes.
The event organizer reserves the right to amend this program, make speaker changes and cancel this event. If the event is cancelled, the organizer shall refund all registration fees paid, but shall not be liable for airfare or other costs incurred by delegates.
