The CHBA, together with MASCO and Delta Faucet, invites all new home builder, renovator and developer members to enter the 2013 SAMs—the industry’s premier award program.

The CHBA National SAMs recognize outstanding performance by members for:

  • excellence in new homes and renovation design and construction
  • distinctive community development
  • innovative technology and construction techniques
  • remarkable marketing and sales activities
  • commitment to “green”.

When you enter the SAMs, you are in great company. Each year, hundreds of CHBA members from across the country put their best foot forward and vie for the coveted SAM statues. Finalists will be notified in December. Winners will be announced April 4, 2014 at the CHBA National Conference in Whistler, British Columbia in a great evening of celebration and entertainment. Join us!

  • The CHBA is proud to introduce the SAM Green Renovation Award.

  • The renamed Direct Promotion category of the Marketing Awards includes digital promotion.

  • The Marketing Excellence Award now recognizes the overall marketing efforts of a new home builder, not just for a specific project.

  • You no longer have to fill out an entry form to be considered for the Marketing Excellence Award and the Grand SAM Award. Qualifying companies are automatically entered for both awards.
