National Marketing Committee
The business of new home building and renovating homes is market-driven. Success comes through meeting the product and service expectations of customers, while managing all other aspects of the business effectively and profitably. As market conditions change, our industry also changes and companies must adapt their business culture to these new conditions in order to succeed.
The National Marketing Committee concentrates its efforts in four key areas:
- Providing a gathering point for market insight and consumer research that can help members develop sound marketing plans.
- Examining builder “good practices” and innovations in marketing through case studies.
- Offering a forum for discussion on successful builder marketing initiatives and trends.
- Informing individual new home builders and renovators on how to increase their company’s effectiveness with customers throughout the buying and building processes.
