Customer Information Pamphlet

“Some of your customers may ask why they need to provide your sales staff with additional personal information, including government-issued I.D. The CHBA have developed a brief pamphlet you can print-out and use in such situations. This is available as a downloadable pdf file.

This pamphlet is designed for two-sided printing, in landscape view, on 8.5” x 11” paper. It is a colour document, but has been designed for black and white production as well, using a standard printer or photocopy machine. Once printed, just fold it in half.

If your office is not equipped to print two-sided material, you can provide the pdf file to your printer or photocopy supplier and they can produce it for you.”
