Builder Guidelines & Marketing

EnviroHome projects showcase the most innovative home building technology available today, incorporating R-2000 technology plus many other environmental features.

The EnviroHome designation is given to new home projects that meet demanding technical and environmental standards. EnviroHome builders are among the “best of the best”—highly skilled professionals who know how to build homes that are more comfortable, healthier to live in and friendly to the environment.

Marketing Your EnviroHome Project

Once your EnviroHome project is approved, it’s time to start planning your opening event!  Here’s some information that can help:

  • Promoting Your EnviroHome, a helpful guide to organizing your official EnviroHome opening that covers everything from media relations, to site signage, to inviting guests and speakers.
  • A "fill in the blanks” Press Release announcing your EnviroHome project.  You can complete this and send it to local newspapers, radio and television stations right now.  This will begin to build media interest in your project and help insure you get good coverage of your official opening.
  • EnviroHome Display Sign Questionnaire that will help us get started creating your custom EnviroHome Opening signs.  Please read this over and follow the instructions provided.
  • Samples of the EnviroHome information materials that will be included in your promotional kits, to be shipped to you prior to your official opening:
